Stout’s at the Shore, an upscale dining destination in Cinnamon Shore, is hiring experienced Servers to deliver a top-tier guest experience. If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to work in a restaurant that respects your time and talent, this is the place to be.

Guaranteed Minimum Pay:

• Base Pay: $2.13/hour + tips (Avg ~$45/hr)
• Earnings Guarantee: We match tips as needed to ensure you make a minimum of $20/hour on a weekly basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet guests warmly and build a genuine rapport
• Guide guests through our menu with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver orders in coordination with kitchen and support staff
• Provide attentive, friendly, and polished service from start to finish
• Create memorable experiences that turn first-time diners into regulars
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and help maintain a smooth flow during service

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service or fine dining restaurant
• A deep understanding of hospitality—you know how to read the table and anticipate guest needs
• Strong food and beverage knowledge (wine/beer/cocktail experience a plus)
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• A valid Texas Food Handler’s Certification
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a bonus but not required

Hours of Operation:

Sun - Thu | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Fri - Sat | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shifts will vary based on availability and restaurant needs.
