Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems (specifically Digital Dining)
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide personalized service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for special events like banquets or catering functions
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings
• Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Skills

• Experience with Digital Dining POS
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Previous experience in fast paced restaurant & bar environments is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately
• Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Effective communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with team members
• Familiarity with the food industry, hospitality standards, and beverage service techniques such as brewing or bartending

Job Type: Part-time
