Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold fine dining standards and provide exceptional guest services to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as OpenTable, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest interaction and customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
