Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our Front of House team. The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, accurate, and efficient service to guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff
• Participate in tip pooling or service charge distribution if applicable
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (training available)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Must be at least [minimum age per state law]
• Alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain
