Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our Front of House team. The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, accurate, and efficient service to guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions
- Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff
- Participate in tip pooling or service charge distribution if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (training available)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Must be at least [minimum age per state law]
- Alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain
