Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommending popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, preparation, and serving
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments swiftly at the cashier station
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven restaurant experience in a fast-paced or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Experience with food service operations such as serving, bussing, and food preparation
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Previous host/hostess, server, bartender, or customer service roles demonstrating excellent guest relations skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential

Pay: $13.73 - $50.00 per hour
