Server

We're looking for energetic, friendly team members who enjoy connecting with guests and creating a great dining experience. As a Server at Wings To Go in Burlington, you'll play a key role in providing the service, hospitality, and atmosphere that keep guests coming back. We value individuals who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations
• Keep tables, dining areas, condiments, and service stations clean and organized
• Suggest appetizers, drinks, and specials to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Support fellow team members to keep service running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate guest feedback and help create a positive atmosphere for everyone

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable individuals who take initiative and contribute to a strong team culture
• Experience helping train, mentor, or support others is a plus
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to move safely and comfortably in a busy restaurant environment
