Job Description
Position Title: Server Administrator / SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented and multi-skilled professional who can handle server administration, website development, SEO, and digital marketing activities effectively. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing technical operations, maintaining website performance, and supporting the company’s online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Administration

• Set up, configure, and maintain company servers
• Monitor server performance, security, and backups
• Troubleshoot server-related issues and ensure smooth operations
• Manage hosting, domain, email, and related technical infrastructure

Website Development

• Develop, update, and maintain the company website
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and responsiveness
• Fix technical issues, bugs, and errors on the website
• Coordinate website improvements based on business requirements

SEO

• Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize website content, structure, and keywords for better search engine ranking
• Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Digital Marketing

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Handle social media marketing, Google Ads, and other online promotions
• Create strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in server administration, website development, SEO, and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of website hosting, server setup, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of SEO tools and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website CMS platforms and coding knowledge
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools
• Knowledge of website security and performance optimization
• Creative approach to online branding and promotion

Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for managing server-related tasks, website development and maintenance, SEO activities, and digital marketing campaigns to support the company’s business growth and online presence.
