Server & Barista

Breakfast & Lunch Server / Barista Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our staff as a Server / Barista. This role is a mix of front-of-house service and drink preparation, so we need someone who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset — willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Ability to stay organized and move with urgency during busy shifts
• Comfortable multitasking between serving and barista responsibilities
• AM Shift is Required - we operate 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare coffee drinks and assist with barista duties as scheduled
• Maintain clean, organized tables and work areas
• Help guests with menu questions and make recommendations
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Address any issues professionally and communicate with management when needed

Preferred (but not required)

• Previous serving or barista experience
• Basic cashier/POS experience

Pay: $6.05 per hour
