Server (Cove Kitchen + Bar)

Cove Kitchen + Bar, an elevated casual dining experience located at Shephard's Beach Resort on beautiful Clearwater Beach, is looking for Servers who have a passion for hospitality! As a restaurant, we believe that providing a genuine hospitality experience is as important to our success as offering amazing food and cocktails. Requirements

· 2+ years of Serving Experience

· 3+ years in the Hospitality Industry

· Ability to be predictive about guest needs and course pacing

· Passion for creating a memorable guest experience

· Ability to perform wine service

· Attention to detail and cleanliness

Physical requirements include: long hours on your feet walking/standing, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds and carrying/lifting up to 35 pounds unassisted, frequent bending and reaching overhead.
