Server – Specialty Coffee Shop (Immediate Joiner)

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a specialty coffee shop setting. This includes welcoming guests, taking and serving orders efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service.
• Communicate effectively with the barista and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, counters, and service areas.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns politely and promptly.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Server, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or café.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and café-style food items is an advantage.
• Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
