Brief Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to liaises with customers that require assistance including telephonic queries;
  • Shall assist customers with any issues using intercom;
  • Liaise with supervisors and attendants for coordinated operation;
  • Shall investigate and documented any discrepancies;
  • Shall view real-time CCTV monitors to report any unusual and suspicious behavior;
  • Monitoring the work environment and equipment at the workplace;
  • Record, investigate and correctly respond to customer queries and complaints;

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' customer services experience,
  • At least 1 years’ experience of working in a supervisory role in customer services industry,
  • Must be IT literate and holding a diploma or degree,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and to remain calm in difficult demanding situations ,
  • Ability to provide and complete reports and documentation,
  • Language skills: English, Arabic is a plus,
  • Qatari driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,900.00 per month
