Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Support team members with tasks like food plating, restocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming environment in both restaurant and nightlife settings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is advantageous.
• Demonstrated culinary experience or food industry knowledge to assist with food prep and service.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes; serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial.
