Server Team Member

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be attentive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
