Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team and dynamic evening environment. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Pecan POS
  • Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with food delivery, catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed
  • Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all food handling procedures are followed for safety and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
  • Sales & Upselling: Promoting current specials and upselling premium spirits or bottle service to maximize revenue.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Pecan POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
  • Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for upselling, and accurate billing
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is beneficial
