Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server with an opportunity to move to bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing top-notch service to our patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in stocking/restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Take care of your customers through their entire visit. Take orders, deliver orders, maintain a clean area for your customers, and make sure payments are properly received from customers.
• Participate in special events or catering services as required by the establishment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment is highly desirable but we can teach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be of legal drinking age according to state regulations to bartend. Server must be 19 yrs+.
