Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delightful beverages for our guests. Whether in a lively nightclub setting or an upscale fine dining establishment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise and hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the drink menu.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, SPOT ON POS, is advantageous.
• A background in food service or hospitality is a plus, contributing to an understanding of overall guest satisfaction.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
