We are seeking experienced, high-energy Servers/Bartenders to join our team across three dynamic concepts housed within one destination: Green Room 42, Green Fig, and Social Drink & Food. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and can seamlessly adapt between elevated dining, high-volume bar service, and live entertainment.

Position Overview

As a Server/Bartender, you are responsible for delivering an engaging, polished, and intuitive guest experience. You will work across all three outlets, bringing a strong sense of hospitality, product knowledge, and situational awareness to each unique setting—from pre-theater dining to late-night cocktails and live performances.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to all guests
• Execute full-service dining and/or bar service with consistency and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge, with the ability to guide guest choices
• Maintain awareness of multiple service environments and adjust style accordingly
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using POS systems (Toast preferred)
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup/breakdown of service areas
• Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Support live show service at Green Room 42, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining hospitality
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a server and/or bartender in a high-volume or upscale environment
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with live entertainment or performance venues is a plus

Pay: $11.35 per hour
