Server/Bartender

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the heart of the customer experience. Duties

• Greet guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and responsible serving guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with catering events and banquets by setting up stations, serving food and drinks, and managing guest requests seamlessly.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through strong time management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food industry standards and beverage service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or bartender in restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Experience working in the food industry, hospitality environment, or fine dining establishments is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
