Server/Bartender (Part Time)

We are looking to expand our team to hire server-bartenders at Fiamma Ristorante (in Dilworth)! We are a casual fine dining Italian restaurant with an extensive craft cocktail and wine menu, and our ideal candidate would be able to work as both a bartender or a server.

We’ll be offering the standard minimum base wage, but with a $20/hr make pay system, so we’ll make up the difference if tips are not enough. We maintain the radical belief that people in the service industry deserve reliable income, and treating your staff well is much easier than constantly having to hire.

Business hours are 5-9pm Tuesday-Thursday, 5-10pm Friday-Saturday, and 5-9pm Sunday, with opening shifts beginning an hour before service.

Shifts are short (4-5 hours) and are perfect for part-timers looking for a second gig, but we require availability on either Friday or Saturday (both, if possible).

Our team is committed to creating a server experience that is as intuitive, easy, and customer-centric as possible so that you can focus more on listening to your customer, being yourself, and building meaningful connections. Our current focus is improving our steps of service, so in this position, feedback is valued.
