Server/Bartender/Bowling Host

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender/Bowling Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our patrons in both casual and fine dining settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and keep our guests bowling on time and serve them at the lanes to make sure they maximize their lane time.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service, assisting with food preparation when necessary.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry is necessary.
• Familiarity with cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is highly desirable.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change efficiently.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional guest services.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
