Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to create a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Operate cash register systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions smoothly, and issue receipts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring all areas are well-prepared for service
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or supplies
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
A proactive attitude with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
