Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and bussing to support kitchen staff and maintain a clean dining area
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and managing guest relations with professionalism
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Uphold food safety standards through proper sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, upselling, and sales techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Experience with food handling, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Background in serving roles such as host/hostess or bussing is a plus but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential
