The Position:

GSIC is seeking a proactive Service Administrator to join our team in Jeddah . The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at coordinating service issues between customers and our after-sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries.
• Track and monitor customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate service problems effectively to the after-sales team.
• Manage and maintain job cards and service records.
• Update and maintain data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate between customers, service engineers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on service performance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with job card management and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment, trucks or industrial machinery is a plus.
