Job description: Apex Group Of Companies is looking for the service advisor who will be acting as the primary contact between customers and the Insurance companies, assessing vehicle needs, communicating repair details and costs with technicians, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, answer questions about service and repairs, and provide updates on vehicle status. Technical Communication: Work with technicians to understand repair needs, discuss alternatives, and relay technical information to customers in an understandable way. Service Coordination: Create service orders, schedule appointments, and manage the overall workflow of the service center. Cost and Time Estimates: Provide detailed estimates for repairs and services, explaining potential cost savings and warranty protections to customers. Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
