Sigma Refrigeration Limited, a leading home appliances manufacturer, is looking for a competent and proactive Service Center Incharge to oversee and manage all North Regional Service Centers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer support after sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of all North Region Service Centers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and after-sales service issues.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper documentation of complaints, service records, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for spare parts, repairs, and issue escalation.
  • Conduct periodic visits to service centers to review operations and staff performance.
  • Prepare monthly service performance reports for management review.
  • Implement company SOPs and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Train, guide, and support service center staff to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Management / Technical background).
  • 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service operations, customer service, or service center management (Home Appliances / Electronics industry).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required.
