Service Center Supervisor

A fastest-growing China Mobiles, Accessories, and Solar company is looking for a results-driven Service Center Supervisor for partner site in Lahore.

Job Title: Service Center Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Maintain a proactive interface with all staff making sure changes in their service operations and technician level skill sets and territories are continually updated

2. May on occasion travel to other Service Centers to observe and identify best practices and evaluate performance

3. Assist in meeting equal employment opportunity/affirmative action program goals and objectives

4. Identify training and coaching opportunities based on monitoring

5. Handle escalated service issues including member follow-up

6. Monitor work of direct reports & Coordination with cross department

7. Manage project materials, reports and timelines

8. Ensure audit timelines and implementation of standards

① Service TAT Target Achievement

② Customer/Dealer Satisfaction

③ Bounce Repair Controlling

④ Out Warranty Focus

Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes

① Proven working experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Assistant Manager

② Knowledge of management methods and techniques

③ Proficiency in English

④ Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

⑤ Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

⑥ Ability to think strategically and to lead

⑦ Strong client-facing and communication skills

⑧ Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Experience and Qualifications Required for the role

Work experience: 1 years and above

Location: Lahore

Salary: 50-55k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
