Service Coordinator

Looking for an organised and self-motivated Service Coordinator urgently who will be responsible for managing service activities. The Service Coordinator’s role will include working closely with the Sales & Operations teams.

You should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked in a similar position and proficient in Customer service.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome visitors.

● Answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, clients .

● Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts.

● Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices and system update.

● Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations.

● Purchasing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

● Managing technicians and their requirements.

● Performing other relevant duties.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree and dicipline, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile can apply.

● 3 - 5 years in handling the administration activities and duties of a service coordinator or in a similar position in the UAE.

● Having experience in the service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.

● Proficient in a variety of computer software applications and in Online systems

● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, Problem Solving skills, etc.

● Experience in telesales will be an added advantage.

● Service advisors can also apply.

Others:

● Salary – Aed.2500 – 3500 (depending on the experience)

● UAE driving licence.

● Only immediate joiners and candidates who have their own visa/ NOC need apply.

● Preferred age of applicants- 35 to 45 years
