Job Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for preparing and coordinating all paperwork for service work done in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process and file mechanic’s paperwork.

Create invoices and follow through with all service billing.

Provide customer support by answering service calls.

Responsible for preparing service orders for customers.

Provide written quotes for service technicians.

Assist with warranty claims.
-
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
-
Must have various clerical skills such as: typing, data entry, filing, etc.

Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills.

Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
-
Ability to work without direct supervision.
-
High degree of responsibility and accountability.
-
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
-
Required to work normal business house, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Working in a stationary position for an extended period.
-
Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
-
This position is inside a climate-controlled environment.
