Service Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to act as the central point of coordination between clients, field teams, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and ensures seamless service delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely execution by technical or field teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates professionally
• Schedule appointments, allocate resources, and track service progress
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and client communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency
• Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to company standards and SLAs
• Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for management

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in coordination, customer service, or operations roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
