Experience: 5-6 years

Key Responsibilities: -

Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring timely job scheduling, technician deployment, and customer follow-ups.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

- Manage service documentation, maintain accurate job records, and track progress in systems like SAP or CRM.

- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.

- Support billing, cost entry, and coordination with the accounts department.

- Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word) to generate reports and track performance metrics.

Requirements: -

Strong communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi.

- 5-6 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with service operations. - Excellent problem

-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.

- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
