Zmakan Technical Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to support our ICT operations serving premium customers. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating daily technician activities, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.
This is a key operational role designed to improve planning efficiency and service quality within the ICT department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and dispatch of ICT technicians with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate site visits, confirm appointments, and ensure punctual execution.
- Receive customer inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, email) and create service tickets in the system.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for ICT services (CCTV, Wi-Fi, cabling, smart home systems, maintenance).
- Support ICT dividion by managing multiple tasks for the purpose of company growth
- Prioritize jobs based on urgency, location, and technician skill sets.
- Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely closure.
- Verify materials availability and coordinate internally for procurement when needed.
- Communicate with villa customers professionally in English and Arabic.
- Maintain job reports, completion notes, and customer feedback records.
- Support the ICT supervisor in operational planning and quality control.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ICT service coordination, field operations, or technical maintenance.
- Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Technical knowledge of ICT systems:
- Wi-Fi networks and access points
- CCTV systems (wired/solar/Wi-Fi)
- Structured cabling
- Basic home automation devices
- Strong planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Customer-facing communication skills with a service-focused approach.
- Experience with Odoo or other service management/ticketing systems is a plus.
