Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate customer orders and process them efficiently
• Assist in food preparation and presentation when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or F&B role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
