Service Crew

• Welcome guests, introduce the menu, promotions, and assist with orders and recommendations.
• Explain menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure accurate order taking, timely delivery, and keep customers informed.
• Assemble and serve meals properly, including adding required condiments.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support daily operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately (announce totals, payments, and return change correctly).
• Provide assistance to customers with special needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain brand standards.
• Contribute to achieving targets, cost control, and service improvements.
• Assist with stock and inventory management.

Pay: BD200.000 - BD220.000 per hour
