Service Crew - F&B

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Must ensure guest satisfaction, follow operational procedures, and assist in day-to-day activities to support smooth outlet operations.

Oversees daily operations of the outlet, ensuring service quality, staff productivity, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Coaches and motivates team members, handles guest concerns, and supports managers in achieving sales and operational targets.

Store Manager - F&B

Leads the overall operations of the F&B outlet, including staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and customer experience. Develops strategies to improve efficiency, drive sales, and ensure compliance with brand standards, while fostering a positive work environment.
