Service Delivery Specialist

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in IT service delivery? We're seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless delivery of IT services across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and are fit for purpose.
• Monitor service performance and lead initiatives to improve service quality and consistency.
• Drive the maturity of ITIL practices across QTC and its service provider ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Procurement to maintain governance frameworks for infrastructure and network support vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, elevate risks, and initiate Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) when required.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technology goals.
• Support infrastructure planning and change enablement by partnering with design and delivery teams.
• Champion a culture of ITSM excellence and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

About You

You're a proactive and collaborative professional with strong technical and interpersonal skills. You thrive in complex, multi-vendor environments and are passionate about continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in IT Operations and Service Management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred)
• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with SIAM principles and cloud/networking technologies
• Experience managing outsourced service providers
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience

Desirable Qualifications

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices
