Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator – Locksmith Company

We are a busy, established locksmith service company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to be the central point of communication for our customers and field technicians.

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role that requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound customer calls
  • Collect accurate customer information and service details
  • Enter jobs into dispatch software quickly and accurately
  • Assign and route service calls to field technicians
  • Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Handle changes, reschedules, and urgent service requests

Qualifications

  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail (accuracy is important)
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dispatch software
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate with people in potentially stressful situations
  • Bonus if you have experience in service dispatching within the locksmithing trade, or other trade fields

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
