Job Description – Service Engineer (Construction Equipment)

Position Title: Service Engineer

Industry: Construction Equipment (Cranes, Forklifts, Backhoe Loaders)

Company Profile: We are the largest dealers for Escorts Kubota Cranes and Backhoe Loader variants, offering comprehensive after-sales support.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)

Experience: 2–5 years in equipment service and hydraulics (freshers with ITI/DME may also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of Escorts Kubota cranes and backhoe loaders.
• Handle breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and provide quick solutions.
• Support warranty claims with accurate technical reports.
• Conduct operator training and safety demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain service logs and submit daily/weekly service reports.
• Coordinate with spare parts team for timely availability of parts.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines at all job sites.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, engines, transmissions, and electricals.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Customer service orientation.
• Hands-on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently at field sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
