Service Engineer

Moneta is looking for a " Service Engineer " for a global automotive company.

• Providing technical support to dealerships to resolve technical issues.
• Resolving product problems and customer complaints.
• Conducting routine dealership visits to ensure compliance with standards in service operations.
• Improving dealership repair quality by providing training to dealership employees.
• Engaging in technical reporting to the manufacturer to enhance product quality.
• Overseeing accessory development initiatives.
• Managing vehicle warranty processes.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Departments of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Education at universities,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in After-Sales,
• Proficient in English,
• Holding a driver's license, with no travel restrictions,
• Completed military service,
• Proficient in MS Office,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and results-oriented,
