Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer – Industrial AutomationJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems, including PLCs and other industrial control systems, at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automation and control systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and related equipment.
• Diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Provide technical support both onsite and remotely to ensure minimal system downtime.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service documentation, including service reports, checklists, and feedback forms.
• Train end-users and client maintenance teams on system operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Work closely with the project and engineering teams for system modifications, upgrades, and integration.
• Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in the field of industrial automation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in automation system service and support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
