Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus)
• 2–4 years of service engineering experience
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in interpreting manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Install & Maintain! Commission equipment, perform inspections, and conduct repairs.
• Support Clients! Respond to service requests, provide training, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate Teams! Work with sales, engineering, and support teams to meet client needs.
• Document Clearly! Maintain service records, schedules, and enterprise database entries.
• Ensure Safety! Follow protocols and lead technicians effectively.
