Service Engineer

Position Summary:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial heating equipment at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills, customer coordination, and readiness to travel for field service support.

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Department: Service / After-Sales
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service industrial heaters and heating elements at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical faults and perform effective troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare service visit reports, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Stores) for spares and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Train customers on correct operation and basic maintenance of heaters.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems.
• Understanding of industrial heaters, temperature controllers, wiring, and panels (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Basic computer knowledge (emails, reports, Excel).

Pay: ₹9,356.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
