Service Engineer (Bio Medical)

• Provide technical support to customers and install machines remotely or on-site.
• Assist with the installation and setup of equipment and their configuration and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machines, both over the phone and in person.
• Address customer queries on a technical basis, providing detailed explanations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and report all service activities, including customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HOD/Management.
