Service Engineer (Electrical)

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in service/maintenance
• Bike is compulsory
• Male candidates only (Job involves frequent travel to customer sites)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend service calls and provide technical support to customers
• Install Material Handling Lifts such as Goods Lifts and Scissor Lifts
• Provide prompt solutions for site-related issues by arranging manpower and materials
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repairs on designated equipment
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance and field modifications
• Maintain accurate service logs and internal records
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
