CIVIL Diploma or ITI holders with working experience in any civil construction sites in a Supervisory role.

Civil Installation Supervisor's / Service Engineer's main duties include overseeing daily door installation activities, managing the project team, and ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. This involves coordinating workers, inspecting site work, enforcing safety regulations, and acting as a liaison between the project management team, contractors, and the on-site staff.

Key duties and responsibilities

· On-site management:

Supervise and direct daily installation activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to the project's plans and specifications.

· Team and resource coordination:

Lead and manage the on-site team of workers and subcontractors. This includes coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.

· Quality assurance:

Regularly inspect all work to ensure it meets the required quality standards and specifications. This includes checking materials and ensuring the final product aligns with design plans.

· Safety and compliance:

Enforce all safety regulations and building codes on the construction site to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

· Project oversight:

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage the schedule to prevent delays. They are responsible for keeping projects on time and within the allocated budget.

· Communication and reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact on site. This involves communicating with clients, contractors, engineers, and management. They are also responsible for maintaining records of progress, costs, and daily activities.

· Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve any technical issues or unexpected problems that arise during the process. Also take up the issues with the Factory and the reporting office.

Salary will be best in class and eligible for TA / DA as per the category.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
