• Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
• Maintains a safe work environment by ensuring company codes, standards and regulations are followed. Ensure compliance with: wearing required PPEs, getting relevant Work Permits & ensuring all pre-requisites for the maintenance and services activities are met.
• Attend regular pre-ops morning meetings to discuss the day’s plan of activities.
• Carry out the jobs assigned by the line manager to ensure timely rectification of complaints & execution of scheduled maintenance activities.
• Responsible for cleanliness and proper positioning of all gadgets in relevant working area / site.
• Responsible for availability of fire extinguisher in good working condition all the time in work premises.
• Must be able to read and understand the schematic drawings and perform work accordingly.
• Responsible for Installation, Commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of different security equipment.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Responsible to obtain, record and share the pictures and videos of defects arisen and as well as after remedy.
• Responsible to monitor and ensure the quality of work undertaken to avoid reoccurrence.
• Handling and monitoring and responsible for identification and tagging of inventories of tools, reusable parts, equipment, spares, any consumables and scrap, keep them all in safe manner and in good health.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Prepare and maintain all documents of running project / site i.e. work orders, job cards / field service reports, Technical Investigation Report TIR, work permits, scope of work, share them with the line managers. Explain the measures taken while performing jobs and any issues faced during the course of maintenance.
• Prepare for travel at any time within the city and across the country for any kind of services listed above.
• Ensure that equipment at different sites is maintained with a Reliability Factor of above 98 and an Availability Factor of above 95
• Job cards submission ratio to be maintained at 100 within 48 hours of conducting the job along with the maintenance proforma of the machine

• Update daily activity report within 24 Hours from the day’s end.
• Non-compliances reporting to be maintained at 100
• Must respond on-call requests within 1 hour of receiving the complaint
• Must be available for intra city site visits 24 x 7 on-call with a TAT of < 2 hours
