THE ROLE

Galactica Service LLC is seeking a Service Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of our service operations in Al Wakrah. You will be responsible for tracking service profitability, managing contract billing, and ensuring that our service delivery aligns with our financial targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will lead the financial monitoring of our service delivery teams, focusing on project costing and revenue recognition. Your day-to-day involves managing service-level agreement (SLA) budgets, analyzing labor productivity versus cost, and overseeing vendor payments. You will also prepare monthly performance reports for management to help identify ways to improve margins and reduce operational waste.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 8+ years in financial management, ideally within a service-based or facility management industry.
• Education: A degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Communication: Professional English fluency is essential for coordinating with international stakeholders and preparing formal reports.
