THE ROLE LV Gestão LLC is seeking a strategic Financial Manager to direct our fiscal operations in Al Wakrah. In this senior capacity, you will hold primary responsibility for the organization’s financial health, ensuring that all regional growth is underpinned by rigorous accounting standards, disciplined capital management, and absolute transparency.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead the end-to-end financial lifecycle, including the development of master budgets, long-term forecasting, and strategic fiscal planning. Your mandate involves designing and enforcing robust internal control frameworks to safeguard assets while ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and local Qatari statutory requirements. Beyond daily governance, you will serve as a key advisor to leadership, delivering data-driven variance analysis and executive-level reporting that identifies cost-saving opportunities and drives operational efficiency. You will also act as the lead liaison for all external audits and regulatory filings.

THE REQUIREMENTS This position demands a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including a proven track record in a senior leadership role. Candidates must hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and a professional certification such as a CPA, ACCA, or CMA. Technical mastery of integrated ERP systems and complex financial modeling is essential. Professional English fluency is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination and formal reporting.
