THE ROLE

Learning Libraries LLC is seeking an Education Finance Manager to oversee the fiscal operations of our learning centers in Al Wakrah. You will be responsible for managing the delicate balance between educational resource investment and long-term financial sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO You will lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for all educational programs and facility operations. Your role involves managing student tuition revenue cycles, overseeing payroll for academic staff, and coordinating with vendors for learning materials and digital resources. You will also perform cost-benefit analyses on new curriculum implementations and ensure all financial activities align with the Qatar Ministry of Education (MoEHE) standards and local tax requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 8+ years in financial management, ideally within the education, non-profit, or professional training sectors.
• Education: A degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Professional certifications (CPA or CMA) are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for complex budget modeling.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory for coordinating with international stakeholders and drafting formal financial reports.
