Service Manager

  • Service Delivery & Operations

Manage daily bus service operations, ensuring schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, on-time performance, and service reliability

Coordinate service disruptions, contingency planning, crisis management, and emergency response

Monitor service performance metrics, analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions

  • Engineering & Maintenance Oversight

Provide technical expertise in fleet-wide engineering and maintenance programs, optimizing asset utilization and lifecycle management

Oversee maintenance and repair of bus systems, including mechanical, electrical & electronic components, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in engineering & maintenance activities, conduct audits and risk assessments

  • Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor engineers & technical staff, providing guidance, support, coaching, and development opportunities

Foster teamwork, employee engagement, collaboration, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement

Develop and implement training programs for professional development, enhancing technical expertise &leadership skills

  • Customer Service & Quality Assurance

Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints, feedback, concerns, and suggestions in a timely & professional manner

Implement customer service initiatives, improving satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and advocacy through proactive engagement

Monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement, conducting customer surveys, and analyzing feedback

  • Strategic Planning & Compliance

Develop and manage budgets for engineering & maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations

Implement business continuity management plans, risk mitigation strategies, and disaster recovery procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Service Manager: 10 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PMP, CE & CMM (Preferred)
  • QID (Preferred)
