Service Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Marketing Executive with experience in the automotive service industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting workshop services, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities ( fleet and corporate clients ).
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into service jobs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
• Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automobile Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in automotive service / aftersales marketing (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and workshop processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
